When you register with the Atlantic Candidate Network, we may hold your name, contact details, location, availability, preferred work basis, skills, work history, CV, certificates, licences, and any notes you choose to share.
Why we hold it
We use candidate information to understand your availability, assess possible matches, contact you about suitable opportunities, and discuss relevant skills with client businesses where appropriate.
Sharing with businesses
Where a client business may have a suitable opportunity, we may share relevant candidate information such as your skills, experience, availability, and location. We aim to share only what is needed for the opportunity being discussed.
Keeping details current
Candidate details can become outdated quickly. Please tell us if your availability, licences, contact details, or work preferences change.
Retention
We normally review candidate details within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. You can ask us to remove your details from the candidate file at any time by emailing mail@atlanticofficegroup.co.uk.
No guarantee of work
Registration means we can consider you for suitable client needs. It does not guarantee work, employment, placement, or a particular opportunity.
